What are the steps after we fill out the proper form?

Once you click "send" on the contact form, you will be redirected to our scheduling portal to reserve a date and time for your complimentary Welcome Call with Kate. When you schedule the call, Kate will reach out to confirm all the details and ensure we have availability for your inquired event.

During or after the Welcome Call, you'll let us know if you would like to move forward with our services and we will supply you with instructions to solidify your reservation and get your date officially booked on our calendar.

We do not hold any date on our calendar until we receive verbal/written commitment intentions, and an accepted and completed digital project proposal.

The custom document will walk you through the simple steps on our secure management platform to accept your proposal, pay the retaining Reservation Fee, and submit your e-signature on our digital contract agreement. Completion of these steps is required to solidify your service reservations.

We don't have a set date yet, can we still message you?

If your date is flexible, yes, please reach out!
Unless you have a date set and a venue locked down, please hold off on reaching out to us until those details are solidified. This just ensures that we don't waste anyones time, and are respectful to those who are reserved on our schedule and have invested in our services. In order for us to provide you the best experience, it's important for us to ensure availability and also leave room open for other potential clients.

We operate on a first come, first served basis. This means, any couple ready to move forward and solidify their reservation has first priority in the booking process. If we have been in communication and someone else inquires your date, we will promptly reach out to follow up and make sure there aren't any lingering questions and provide you with 48 hours to solidify an investment. After that 48 hours, the soft hold is released and the date becomes open to those who would like to reserve it.

Are the travel fees included in your packages?

No. Travel costs will be discussed during the Welcome Call if applicable.
We cover any travel up to 30 miles from Pittsburgh's 15211 zip code, or Warren, PA's 16365 zip code.
Any destination farther than 30 miles is subject to a milage fee of $0.57 per mile, per photographer.

Any destination father than 150 miles is subject to a half-day rate of $500, per photographer.

Any instance where extensive travel and hotel accommodations (plane/rental car/gas/etc) are required, the client is responsible for securing itineraries and arrangements for the team.
